Challenges keep me motivated and I am thrilled to have spent such a successful winter challenge with all my four-legged, floppy-eared puppy pals on the Spirited Underdogs team. I am extremely excited about the spring challenge and attaining my 5% goal again. This is the one that's going to take me oh so close to Onederland!!! This is my year!!!

On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.

I thought a good massage would come in handy and I was right! Just take it easy and only do as much as you HAVE to (record wt. and post your exercise, etc. each day) We can talk later. . .!

Good for you! Glad you've had a swimmingly good morning. Today I was doing Silver Sneakers, but seriously...it was a real workout for me! I'm glad, for it. Wish my arm/shoulder worked better, but it is coming along. We've so much wind today...hope that doesn't find it's way to you. Makes it feel like winter again! emoticon

Don't be dragging any doggy ears on the ground!! We might trip on them. LOL! But, thanks for the well-wishes. I stayed the same (but barely) this week, so I've double-downed now and plan to be working much harder from here on out!! I haven't been by the team pages to check on you,, so hope it was a great week and you are setting things on fire!!! emoticon
