Challenges keep me motivated and I am thrilled to have spent such a successful winter challenge with all my four-legged, floppy-eared puppy pals on the Spirited Underdogs team. I am extremely excited about the spring challenge and attaining my 5% goal again. This is the one that's going to take me oh so close to Onederland!!! This is my year!!!

On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.

Time to get motivated again. . . NO KIDDING! I just lost 2 lbs. that I gained - overnight! Can my scale be wrong??? Ice cream is definitely off limits for me. All dairy products but some (little bit) of cheese.

Hope this week goes well for you too!
