POLYANNA2 - ONTARIO

Challenges keep me motivated and I am thrilled to have spent such a successful spring challenge with all my four-legged, floppy-eared puppy pals on the Spirited Underdogs team. The kennel gate will be opening up shortly and we'll be off and running for the Fall 5% Challenge. I can't wait!!! 2015 is going to be a great year. Onederland is my goal.

On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.

Weight is transitory and I never judge things happen but soon you will be back where you are happy to be.I need to stay with the doggies to keep me in line.I love to cook and from there it is a slippery slope to finishing up what doesn't get eaten .Believe me I have started over more than once !!!! hugs,Cheri

Ahhh sweet Carol !! There's no time,, like RIGHT now to do what you can,, and PLZ do so SAFELY !!! You may need to start at a little less time on exercise,, unless you do like I wanna do,, one time in the AM,, the next one around 7PM. I want to do about an hr of exercise between them both.

I had thru the summah challenge,,, done from 30 to 50 mins, so this WILL be an improvement. I feel bad sweetie,, that you didn't stay with us thru the break, but yeah hon,, ur life was VERY Busy and there are ONLY so many hrs per day. U did as you felt was the best,,, at that time,, plz be gentle on urself.

I am ALL READY to GO !! I am of course STILL in my cast !! SIGH !! but !! it's "supposed" to come off on TUESDAY !! That is ,,,,, if it's healed enough. Its been giving me some SHARP pains,, usually when it's resting,, so I HOPE it worked,, and is NOT damaged,,, I will have out the hardware,, around Jan??? Hopefully not b4. I also HOPE it will NOT need to be amputated,,, for my blance is way off. I am pitching forward.

LET's GOOOO DAWGGIES !! U CAN DO IT !
