POLYANNA2 - ONTARIO

Challenges keep me motivated and I am thrilled to have spent such a successful spring challenge with all my four-legged, floppy-eared puppy pals on the Spirited Underdogs team. The kennel gate will be opening up shortly and we'll be off and running for the Fall 5% Challenge. I can't wait!!! 2015 is going to be a great year. Onederland is my goal.

On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.

This is the time for celebration! So we celebrate!!

Jan 1 is the time for recommitting. So we will recommit.

To not celebrate at this time leads to feeling deprived - and can lead to a binge.

So celebrate this joyous time my dear friend and we shall recommit together on Jan 1.

P.S. This does not mean to go "nutzo" on yourself. It just means that we shouldn't be afraid of a little celebrating.

HI Carol !! Why not NOW REJOIN us on the break?? You are allowed to count ALL the exercise NO MATTER HOW MUCH or not as much, you do. We have a few who normally report 120 mins, but now are doing 434 ish mins a day !! YO ! I AM NOT ONE OF THEM !! LOL NOT with this foolish foot ! The hardware,, you can now see on the side of my foot,,,, doing it's BEST to come thru the skin,, it's just a matter of time. I have an appt in 4 weeks,,, I KNOW I'll see them b4 that ! NO DOUBT it'll POP thru before,, I called the office today to let them know,,, they have this "women" I'll be nice in saying that (the wrod IDIOT better describes it, and I do NOT usually say that about one !) She thought I was whining,, that I DID NOT WANT to walk,, shoot its my FAV thing to do !!! Grrrr !!!

You can rejoin us NOW,,, just start to report ur exercise,, DO NOT WORRY if it's not much,, it'll help you to restart,, and around the holdiays betweeen now,, the next 8 days,, leading to New Years day,,, that's a LOT OF TIME to abuse food,, not exercise,, if one's NOT very careful,, so ONLY if you chooe,,, we are HERE WITH YA !!

LOL I LOVE ur a PATS FAN !! The ONLY time I AM NOT,, is when they play the BRONCO's !! I LOVE the HORSIE !! And Manning is SO MUCH BETTER under REAL STRESS,, whereas Brady CHOKES !! i am SOO TIRED of watchin that FOOL take us to the super bowl,, than TOTALLY FALL APART !! Grrrr !!

Keep a workin on that Mainah accent,, and remember when you come up herah ,,, you can parh in the garah and not in the yarah. Therah not herah !

I see that you've signed up to be Dawggie again for the Winter Challenge. I know that signing up isn't a guarantee, but I've been told that if you've been in a team before, you are almost always assigned to it if you requst it... so Welcome!

HI Carol !!! WOOHOOO TY For signing UP For the WINTAH CHALLENGE !! I can't always get around to everyone's pages,, so we thought we'd hit it early,, as Dawggies sign up for the WINTAH Challenge !! Of course my saying "WELCOME" to the WINTAH Challenge is NOT a guarantee you will be a Dawggie, though you are a returning one,, and have been on the team for quite some time,, also you signed up EARLY, so the chances are very good YOU WILL be !!! :) Well we'll give it a 99.99999 %,, nothing til it happens is ever a 100 %. :) LOL SHOOT I will NOT guarantee that I'll even be on the team,,, until it happens. :P~~~~

Hon, when you update ur page,, plz let me know so I can come and read it.
