POLYANNA2 - ONTARIO

Challenges keep me motivated and I am thrilled to have spent such a successful spring challenge with all my four-legged, floppy-eared puppy pals on the Spirited Underdogs team. I held my own in the summer and fall challenges but fell apart over the Christmas break. I am now ready to take a break from my insanity and kick at least 5% to the curb during the winter challenge!!! 2015 is going to be a great year. Onederland is my goal.

My commitment to fitness will be to keep this body moving throughout every day but also include a minimum of 30 minutes of structured exercise 6 days per week.
On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.

Indeed I'm WATER. RAT!! Just as you. ARE!! WOW that's a crazy work out!! So neat how much you loved it!! U go girl!!!

It's GREAT we r both back into it. Today my friend same. NO Way was she moving unless IzzADoo needed the vets today. I can drive now. So she takes me all over the place, in turn I try hard to not abuse it. She has such a large heart.

Hopefully on Monday we can hit the water again. I told her, so she doesn't hurt as much we 'll stop at a 1/2gr8. When we first started a couple of years ago, we started slowly. We need to again. Soon enough we 'll be back to 2hrs.

Jeannie, homemade fajitas are super healthy, calorie-wise and tastier than any "naughty" food I can think of - well, maybe not double caramel cheesecake...lol Enjoy!

Chicken fajitas sound great, especially when made at home. I'm going to add that to my list of things for a meal soon. Easy, tasty...what's not to like?!! Are you counting the days until sunshine and warm beaches? emoticon
