Hi Deb, thanks for your encouraging comments on my blog. I know I shouldn't go too low, but I'm trying to keep it on the low side of my numbers (1200 -1550).
I see you're fairly new here, so happy to meet you! I've only been on here since April 27th myself. I love this site....it's the best thing that ever happened to me!! If I can ever help you with anything, don't hesitate to ask. Looks like you're already doing a GREAT job!!! WAY TO GO GIRL! Enjoy the rest of your day.

Karen

Hi-I saw your post on Fl team and thought I'd stop by and say howdy. I also read your blogs and have to say you have a great attitude! I live near Daytona, where abouts are you? I've been in Fl for ten years now, but don't know too many people because I work and until last summer I was careing for my parents. The reason I started SP was part of a plan to get my life back together after having it been on hold for so long. So far it's going pretty good and I'm enjoying the journey. If you have a chance check out the 50PLUS with 50-99 lbs to lose it's very active. Hope you enjoy your time at SP, I look forward to getting to know you better. HUGS---Lynne
