My Goals and Dreams

I am looking to make permanent changes in my life-for the better!! My ultimate goal is to make healthy choices a habit, and a way of life. This includes both physically and mentally.

My Goals:
#1: Get moving by walking at least one mile a day. #2: Write down everything I eat every day and post it on my tracker. #3: When I start to down talk myself, repeat the following-No one is perfect, and No one is required to be perfect.

#4: Do two days of some type of strength training, for 10 minutes.
#5: Eat at least 5 servings of fruit/vegetables every day.
#6: Move my caloric intake around so that I am eating more for lunch than for dinner.
#7: Make sure I eat a snack in the evening every evening.

My Program:
1. Do some type of physical activity every day. 2. Watch what I eat but don't beat myself up for it. 3. Find things to substitue for boredom or stress eating.
4. Write in my journal every day!
5. Learn the diff between hunger and appetite-i.e. drink water first and wait for 15 minutes before eating.
6. Track all my food and fitness. Measure my food.
7. Have healthy snacks available in the house, at work, and in my purse.

Other Information:
I love to read, crochet, and do the cryptogram in the paper each day! I have 3 beautiful black cats, and one wonderful Husband and Daughter!

My Husband saw your cats on your page (looking over my shoulder) -wanted me to tell you he used to have a black cat named Sooty!
