Ideally, I would like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 140 lbs. (a weight I have not seen since 2005)
I also want to get back into shape and resume running, working out etc.
Starting slow & steady with watching what I eat and getting back into the habit of working out.
I am 25 years old (will be 26 in December!). I have been married for 6 years to the most wonderful man ever! He is my best friend and I am so lucky to have him in my life. Together, we have two beautiful daughters, ages 3 and 6.
I am hoping that I can get my act together enough to go back to school next fall in order to get my BSN!
