My Goals:
I would like to fit comfortably in a size 6 pants. If I can reach my goal I will reward myself with a shiny new tattoo.

My Program:
3 days of FIIT camp, which is basically Tapout, P90X, and Insanity combined to make you sweat your arse off
Saturday is Zumba
The other days are my mileage days, so either a nice jog out side or some quality treadmill time

Personal Information:
I have live in Great Falls, MT my whole life and I have worked at the local Coca-Cola plant for 10 years.
I have had the pleasure of annoying my husband for 10 years, and look forward to many many more years.
We have a 5 year old daughter, Lorelei and she is the reason for the butt kicking I take everyday. I want her to appreciate her body and know what eating right and staying active can do for you.

Other Information:
I love to read, I especially like crime/forensic books. I am a Twihard, Go Team Edward. Me and the hubs go camping almost every weekend in the summer and we love to go four wheeling.

When I take it regularly - especially in the winter. My friend was so low though she needed some crazy mega dose. Vit D deficiency is pretty serious so I'm glad you got that figured out and I hope you get the rest of your energy back soon.

How are you feeling this week? Are you ready for the ultra hot weather that is going to hit us imminently? I found out today that a coworker of mine did this mud run last year and she filled me in on the course and told me that it won't be as bad as I'm imagining and that the ski hill was much cooler than town last year by nearly 15-20 degrees (in the morning anyhow). Maybe we will get lucky and it will be closer to 80-85. Lots of mud made with cold water hoses too. I was warned all our shoes and clothes will be ruined which I pretty much expected! Glad all the kids need new shoes anyhow, lol.

Any word on the thyroid? What do you have going this weekend?

Hey girlie, how are you feeling?? I see you got up and went to bootcamp today - GREAT JOB!!! I had a rough time wanting to wake up today. 6:00 a.m. was too early ...drug butt out of bed at 6:20..... Ugh...vacation is great but coming back is always rough!

Tomorrow I'm thinking of doing as much of the Jillian Michaels Metabolism Boost workout as I can. I like the 30 Day Shred but I've honestly done it so many times in the past that its kinda boring so I think I need to mix it up with a different one. I'm going to look through them tonight and see what I'm feeling for tomorrow and give it a try.
