Thou shall not weigh more than thy refrigerator

I'm a 31 year old mom of a 6 year old. I just want to get back to a weight that makes me feel happy. My goal for 2015 is to complete the Spartan Race Trifecta ( completed May 2015) . It scares me, and that's why I want to do it.

Hi there,
My Thanksgiving Day was pretty good. My only company was my sister and between the two of us it was just enough butts in the kitchen, lol, and we managed to time getting everything done about the same time which is always a miracle. I think I'm more relaxed without my inlaws at my house...and the 3 mimosas I drank when we started cooking sure helped emoticon

However...I think having company is a nightmare. I love it...DH hates it and he makes it so akward and uncomfortable it ticks me off. I use ticks cuz spark doesn't like my other choice of word. So its actually been stressful instead of fun having my sister visit for a week. On top of that, Friday we were shopping and my sisters friend who is taking care of her cats found one of the cats dead in the cat box so that kinda ruined things on Friday. My sister spent the afternoon arranging for creamation and worrying about the surviving cat. One cat is 14 and the other 15 and they have always been together. Luckily the survivor seems to be doing ok. Further stress and sadness...we went to see my grandma on Saturday.... she still seems pretty good but I can tell how much weaker she is than 2 months ago. She talked about giving away stuff and I just hate that...but natural after being told you have 6 months to live. I spent alot of time crying on the drive home.
So...I'm at work today. My sister leaves first thing tomorrow morning. So I have one more night to survive company and my husband being a jack*ss. Then tomorrow my girls have full dress rehearsal for their show and then Thursday is final dress rehearsal and the show opens on Saturday night.

How was burn the bird?

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I honestly think focusing on maintenance is keeping me from throwing in the towel altogether. I hope I am not wrong about that.

My DH is out of town for work so I thought this morning I might have an easier time getting up and working out and I was hoping it would be what I needed to get a streak going. BUT that WIND. OMG. I slept horrible and was up multiple times last night. I fell asleep on the couch until 11 and then I woke up at 3, got up to check on things around 3:30, then was awake at 5 again and finally up at 6. I'm exhausted. So no work out. Ugh. Its going to be a long day today.

So what is new with the dragon lady at your office? Is it going back to the way things were where you were able to just ignore each other or is she still a consistent thorn??

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I am in the same boat as you, especially on days I work 10+ hours, I need to live on the treadmill to get my steps in! But I know I need to do it!
