My Goals:
I would like to fit comfortably in a size 6 pants. If I can reach my goal I will reward myself with a shiny new tattoo.

My Program:
3 days of FIIT camp, which is basically Tapout, P90X, and Insanity combined to make you sweat your arse off
Saturday is Zumba
The other days are my mileage days, so either a nice jog out side or some quality treadmill time

Personal Information:
I have live in Great Falls, MT my whole life and I have worked at the local Coca-Cola plant for 10 years.
I have had the pleasure of annoying my husband for 10 years, and look forward to many many more years.
We have a 5 year old daughter, Lorelei and she is the reason for the butt kicking I take everyday. I want her to appreciate her body and know what eating right and staying active can do for you.

Other Information:
I love to read, I especially like crime/forensic books. I am a Twihard, Go Team Edward. Me and the hubs go camping almost every weekend in the summer and we love to go four wheeling.

How are you today? Did you make it to your morning class? I thought of you this morning as I was trying to drag my butt outta bed to workout. I mumbled to myself unhappy sentiments through most of my workout and probably looked insane talking to myself so it was good I was just in my living room and everyone but Mr. Happy was still sleeping.

Do you have plans for the weekend? I'm kinda hoping that we can just stay home this weekend but DH seems to think we should go with him to do some "scouting" for hunting season. The hiking would be fine but I'd really like to just work on my yard - its a total wreck. All of my bushes need to trimmed and I have weeds growing in my rock beds and half my flowers have died. I guess we will see how that goes...... emoticon

I've been missing your Spark Company so I'm ready for you to pull yourself up by your bootstraps with me and get down to some healthy buisness. Did you end up doing the Save the Tah Tah's 5K? I think my next race might be the Color Run in Billings. My friend from HS and I were talking about trying to get together and do it. We both have asthma though and the last time she did a color run they used powedered color and her asthma was awful for a week after even though she ran with a mouth cover. She heard that they were switching to a gel color in Billings though so if they do then I will do it I think.

emoticon Oh NO! Shingles?! I've heard that is terribly painful. My good friend stopped in my office last week and has been suffering with them also...right on her bra line. She says its been a lot of fun trying to figure out how not to wear a bra to work! How long do they tell you to expect them to last? I hope they go away sooner than later emoticon

And I guess you are right, since exercise is off limits now probably is a good time to make mindful food choices. My food choices have been in the middle. Not enough freggies and too much beer, lol.

This past weekend I had no kids so I focused on cleaning my house and finishing some projects. DH and I enjoyed some beers at the brewery and went out to dinner. I found a cute bookcase to hold my cookbooks in my kitchen which will free up a cupboard. Slept in Sunday and went for a jog. Pretty unexciting.

Today is going ok, except I've had WAAAAY too much coffee. I really need to hit the water now. I'm close to 5 glasses and hopefully can be at 8 when I leave the office and drink another 2 on the drive home.

Ooh, Save the Ta Ta's would be fun. I signed up for that once when it was still in October and it was actually on my birthday that year. I came down with a bad, bad head cold and my friend ended up doing it without me :0( I did get the shirt with the date of my bday on it but its not the same when you didn't do the race! I think you should do it! I'd consider driving down and doing it if I weren't out of town at my 20 yr reunion next weekend emoticon

I'm glad the migraine medicine is working...I've never had one but I have several friends who get them and I always feel just awful for them when they have one! The vitamin D does take awhile to kick in I think especially if your really low. I hope it starts to work soon because it does suck to be tired all the time. Fingers crossed for you on that one.

Kuddos on signing up for that emoticon I think that is something on my bucket list to do someday when I don't have 3 kids pulling me in 50 directions and i have time to do some legitimate training. Assuming I ever get back to being able to run even 1 mile without walking. My lungs are so not cooperating with me and I've been running a fair amount actually and I thought I'd be there by now.

OMG...ate so much for lunch yesterday I still felt miserable at dinner last night and didn't even eat. I had a snack late after our family walk but I still felt yucky when I got up today. Never doing that again. I will only eat at Jimmy Johns if I split a sandwich with someone. I do not need to eat a whole emoticon

I didn't work out this morning, shut off my alarm and stayed in bed until 6 instead. I did get in a morning walk though since the girls had an art camp and I walked them from my office to the shop and then back up to work. Its going to be 91 today so it was get to get something done early.

I'm glad you tracking again. I haven't really tracked this week very well at all. I'll try harder to do it today! emoticon emoticon
