My Goals:
Begin exercising again. Start very gently, and work back up to hour-long cardio classes and summer bike rides.

Continue to maintain my weight (it's been 9 years!).

Eat more fat: Goal achieved. I now consistently get 20%-30% fat/day.



My Program:
Starting 2/13/2012:
Back PT exercises MWF.
Neck PT exercises TR.
Yoga Class on Saturdays.
Gardening on Sundays.

Thanks for your comment on my blog post yesterday! I noticed yesterday when looking at the almond milk container that there was almost no protein in it. Shocker! Being "almond" milk - and with almonds being high in protein - I guess I assumed otherwise!

Hope we can be SparkFriends! :)
