Yes! Those progressions would help. And, doing hand stands against the wall is how I first started many years ago. And, it's from the hand stands against the wall position that we did the hand stand push ups. I've never done a hand stand with feet against the wall and legs parallel to the floor.

What I had in mind for Wednesday was a hand stand against the wall with Andrew spotting me. I need someone strong and able to grab my legs and break a fall, if my arms begin to fail.

Other muscle memory that I have on board? Tuck and roll! Tuck and roll! I used to jump from roof tops to the ground. The key was tucking and rolling. Yes. I'm nuts!

thank you for stopping by the blog - the instant pot is not the fastest pressure cooker, but it is the most care-free pressure cooker - it takes time to get up to pressure, but then it cooks the soup in 5 minutes (or less, really - this was just veggies). what i like about the IP is that you can walk away - when it is done, it just stays on "keep warm" so you don't have to be in the kitchen. for that reason alone it is the best gadget that i have added:-) i make soups, all my beans (i am vegan), chili, stews, rice, quinoa (in one minute cook time - though it does have to heat up first). and everything tastes better in the pressure cooker, like you have cooked it all day long instead of just 5 minutes or 10 minutes of actually cooking.
