Thanks for the spark goodies! :) Do you do the Winsor Pilates - god bless ya - I bought that a long while ago and thought it too hard for me - I didn't really enjoy it so I kind of moved on to Bikram yoga which I really like. Anyway, wanted to send a little encouragement your way!

    I'm returning your comment from my page about the Boot camp workout.
    I only do them once, I think the numbers mean repetitions, maybe they consider the amount you do 2 repetitions of each exercise even though you only do them once. I have been brave a couple times and done the videos a second time because I had so much more energy after wards but normally I only do them once. I hope I haven't confused you too much.
