Gaining Momentum to Shrink My Omentum!

I'm sick of being fat, tired, and frumpy...

I was not always heavy - I was a hottie in high school. (I have the pictures to prove it!)

I can't even use the excuse of pregnancy making me the way I am because I got down to my pre-baby weight with no effort. (Again, pictures are out there, somewhere.)

I started to gain weight right around the time I became a single mom, stressed out and trying to finish college with a toddler on my hip...

Almost 10 years later, and here I am. I'm ready to put my health higher up the priority list (actually, it wasn't even ON the priority list). I'm ready to get back where I'm meant to be... skinny and H.O.T.!

UPDATE 11.30.2008 - I'm back! And again in training for next year's list of events... Why did I ever leave?

*Log 100 miles on my bike for August 2007 - GOAL REACHED 08.15.07! GOAL DOUBLED 08.29.07! Gold medal winner in Prima Communications Inc. Virtual Triathlon, Cycling Division.

*Get down to 220 pounds before I have to have my picture taken with my daughter's volleyball team (coaching) on September 15th, 2007. (Weighed in at 220.4 - close enough!)

*Do the Hilly! www.hillyhundred.org - Officially registered 08.31.07 - Completed Day One

*Completed my first triathlon on 04.20.08!

My Goals:
I would like to lose a total of 100 pounds. Once I get down to 142, I may want to lose more, but right now I can't even fathom what my body looks like at 142!

My Program:
I consider myself currently "in training." As you can see from the list of events I can do this year, I need to train!

I'm walking/jogging, cycling, kickboxing, and lifting weights at the Y.

Personal Information:
I'm a single mom living in Indianapolis.

I was just reminiscing about you and your love for salads :-) I was driving up the street the other day, thinking about my "Famous Video" and how I made that salad, and how much I LOVED that thing! It totally made me think of you, you salad loving freak, and how I haven't loved or craved a salad in AGES! :-( That made me sad, and it made me miss you! :-) You did inspire me to try to eat more salad and love them :-D

I miss you, you funny, crazy lady! :-)
