I'm here to try to make this a lifestyle change. I want to be active and do the things I want to do without a struggle.
I'm used to rock climbing, canoeing, and caving. I want to be able to ski with my soon to be husband without feeling like it's not that much fun because I'm dying,

I've been trying to lose this weight for a while...It's only been recently since I actually started to do anything about it. I guess once I realized that getting married meant having babies I thought about the example I would be setting for my future children and I cringed. I can't me overweight and under active. I dont want my kids to be obese. I want to be a fun athletic family...so I've set out to be happy and active myself.

My Goals:
Lose at least 2 more dress sizes by the wedding
Not need to shop in the plus size section for Halloween costumes.
Run a mile in 10 minutes flat or less.
Ski a blue trail without feeling the I was going to die.
My Program:
Team Fitness at Lifetime Fitness.
A 3 times a week 1 hr class involving weight lifting and cardio.
I hope to add a belly dancing, dance, and pole dancing class to my regimen
