I liked your comment on the gout group, and thought I'd drop by to say hello. I am new to SP, and am investigating the gout diet as I was just recently diagnosed. I notice that when I give up wheat, I am much better, so it was nice to see that you had made the change (along with other changes) too. Would you mind if I added you as my spark buddy?

Thanks so much for the nice plant goodie. I lost most of my flowers in the last freeze...so it's nice to have a nice bright yellow plant. emoticon It's a touch of spring in the winter. Keep sparking. mary
