Success is my only mutha-frakkin option...
I refuse to do this again. This is the life I want and I am going to maintain focus through the process so that this is the "forever" time. This is the last time that I will "re-start" this process because I am finally changing my life & my thought process to reflect how I want to live. The path has been rocky and I have stumbled many times but I am resilient and stronger than you might think...I want to fly, to show anyone who doubted me that I am a force to be reckoned with and ...

The path has been rocky and I have stumbled many times but I am resilient and stronger than you might think...I want to fly, to show anyone who doubted me that I am a force to be reckoned with and food, food is not worth the calories unless it is helping me. If you're not with me you're against me, right? Focused because I know I can do this...And I am. Done. Besides motivating myself to move & lose I am also concentrating my efforts on other aspects of my life - I want to self-publish another book this year and get serious about my commitment to writing...I am reading and absorbing information on subjects that interest me (Spirituality, healthy living, self-help/happiness, etc)...I am on the road to becoming a lighter, smarter, healthier me & I thank SparkPeople for the continued support... I am also in school (finally) working towards my BA in Interdisiplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology so my days and nights sometimes blend into each other. But it is so good to flex my brain muscles...Now to combine the two and have strong supple muscles all over...2012 ain't got nothing on me. I will be down to 170lbs by 32 (7/30) just you watch...

My Goals:
Lose 20lbs, 4 inches (waist), trimmer tummy, fit into size Large dress without hanging out of it uncomfortably, smile, love & enjoy my life. I would like to get in some workout time - TBA once I figure out what I'm up to...
My Program:
Stop Making Excuses (SME) Program: Retrain my brain to focus on the goals I have set for myself. Burn at least 2,000 calories a week. No excuses (unless you puke, faint or die, keep going!) Water, water, water - 10 cups of water/tea per day ABS Diet principles Continue to make progress on goals Motivate, motivate, motivate!!!
Personal Information:
Poet730 is my "pen-name" and it is fitting as I am a 2 time, self-published author (collections of poems) and my birthday/favorite number happens to be 7/30. I have found that this journey has been one of ups and downs (weight wise and emotional wise). I know it is too easy to "fall off the wagon" and I am taking one step at a time to climb back on and find myself a permanent seat. I want this because I want to be healthy but I also want to be enamored with my image in the mirror, with the curves of my muscles and the firmness of my body. I want to love the exterior of me along with the interior.
