Going to lose that weight!

How: Taking it one day at the time. With the good choises, the right food and excersising. And if I go over one day. There is always tomorow.

It will go slow for I have Hypothyroidism. It will be hard because I'am a carb-junky. But it wil be done.

update: It's not going slow at al. I'am only 10 lb behind the ideal scedual of 2 lb los a week and that after 11 month, thats almost nothing. WHOO HOO

updat 2: I did hit a plateau and had a summer ease periode. Fact is and was that after losing more then 85 LB and starting to function fine with my current weight, I became a bit ... less motivated.
I did excercise as I love it, but i was less contious on my eating which did gain me 3 LB at one point ... O.K. I was on vacation ... I lost it and lost an other 5 Lb and gained those back and lost them and gained them back ... I kept on losing and gaining the same 5 LB weighting between 182 Lb and 177 Lb. dec 31 I was at the same level as I was after my vacation in september. I weighted 182 Lb. My condition has improved tremendous, but my weight wasn't improving at all.

I made a little eating change and I have lost 9 Lb since new year ... I guess I broke my plateau of month. I hope I wont hit one soon again .... But if I do:


Updat 3: Now I'am losing 5 LB between 175-170 LB over and over .. *shakes head with small grinn* I gues It goes in small chucks. Somehow it doesn't bother me that much. I continue is I have befor and I will -somewhere in the future- reach my goal.

Update 4: Now it's between 169 and 164 ... what is this???? Wel I'm getting fitter every day. Doing 5 Ks under 28 min. Pushing weight around like it's nothing. That's worth something (if not a lot) ...

Updat 5: sport is healthy for you ... is it ... I'm back on the couch with my leg in a cast. I ruptured my achilles tendon. Been there, done that WHY DOES HAPPEN AGAIN. It's my other leg so they are even now (although my left must heal first)

My Goals:
Lose 60 kg (about 132 lb), get in shape and most of become healthy (again).

My Program:
* Drinking at least 16 glases of water
* learning to controle my food addictions
* no gluten, no maiz
* no milk ( both caseine and lactose are evil)
* less carb / more proteine (hypothyrodism)
* min 2 fruits a day
* min 3 vegies a day
* stay in my range and change routine in high or low in the range
* use my crosstrainer atleast 4 x a week
* limit my drop (dutch style liquorice) and chocolat (72%) intake * No other junk-food.
