Working my tail off....

I'm a 33 years old, married and have two boys (4 and 7) and a new baby daughter. No clothes fit and I am feeling miserable. Time to get my Spark on!

My Goals:
I need to lose pounds and sizes. Overall heath and energy is a great goal, but right now I need to get some weight off so I fit in some clothes. The situation is dire!

My Program:
For the next three weeks I'd like to focus on:

*Logging food.

*Drinking water.

*Light walking.

Eventually I'd like to get back into C25K.

yes, it is that time for all the sicknesses to start. ive had my days where ive felt like crud and not worked out.
In the summer I was going to Zumba but had to stop when my daughter started school back up because by the time we got home it was wayyyy past her bedtime. So now I've just been going back and forth from the treadmill and ellipitcal and I usually do strength training stuff.
