Hi,
I am on an amazing journey hopefully for the last time in my life. Having had 4 kids my weight has been up & down several times. I can lose the weight but finding a way to incorporate these changes in my life has been the challenge. It is my hope sparkpeople will help in my journey to finding my road home.

I am an advocate for health and wellness. As a voice/singing teacher I advocate the care of your body as your health effects your singing. As such I became a Juiceplus franchaise owner in Canada. Fruits & veggies in a capsule....they don't replace the fresh stuff , they just fill in the gaps! Awesome
