Developing a Healthy Life
I am trying to develop a healthy lifestyle. It is more than just losing weight. I need to lose weight but even more than that I want to have a life filled with purpose. I want to live a life that is calm and serene and filled with joy. I am just starting to find my purpose but each day makes me feel stronger and more in charge of my own life. My time is now.

My Goals:
My long range goal is to build a purposeful life. My short term goal is to not buy any fast food at drive thrus for the next month.
My Program:
I have started keeping a food journal. And I am NOT on a diet. But I have some eating rules. 1. Eat til you feel full. 2. Eat with awareness that means no TV or reading the paper or anything distracting during meals. 3. Always and only eat at the table.
Personal Information:
I am a single professional educator who is nearing retirement. Yea!!! This just seems like the perfect time to start some changes in my life.
