I would like to lose 81 lbs. to be at a healthy weight.
My plans is to go to the YMCA to workout for about an hour 5x a week and toning 2x a week to tone up some muscles. I will be trying to eat much healthier by following a vegetarian diet meal plans.
I live in the Brampton area and always looking for good friends for support or to hang with. I'm a mother of 4 who has a boyfriend of 2yrs. I also go to college to attain my business accounting diploma. Hopefully I can go back and get my certificate for financial planning.
I really like the Twilight Saga. These are awesome books and amazing movies. I also enjoying cross-stitching as a way to relax and it gives me a chance to be creative as well.
Hang in there my friend , i know that losing weight can be very stressful but don't give up. You are worthy of having a better and healthier life , remember there is always light at the end of the tunnel and you are meant to shine. Stay strong i know you can do it !!!
Good morning. I know exactly what you mean about kids and fast food. My son loves Taco Bell and wants to go there regularly. I love Mexican food and the other night I went to the little Mexican restaurant up the street and had 2 chili rellenos and beans and rice. When I did my tracker I was very surprised how many calories 1 chili relleno has let alone 2. I totally missed my mark for that day, but now I know and will not eat them anymore even though I love them. Hope you have a nice day and keep up the good work.
