Hey! Thanks for the new camera, you are too kind!

How are your doggies--everyone getting along?!? How is the temperature? We have been having sweatshirt weather after a really hot summer. It feels delicious! I keep thinking, if it was 90 plus degrees in Michigan, what horror was it in Georgia?? :D

I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Have some fun. emoticon

TOOTS! I've recently made a return to consistent exercising...but I'm STILL carrying around the extra weight that I gained over the holidays. (BOO) I'm glad you're still around -- YOU are inspiring me! emoticon

I spent 6 months grieving over Chewy, but we adopted a new little girl - Ellie. She looks surprisingly like Chewy...only smaller...and better behaved! She is terrific.

    How is your menagerie?

Hey, I wanted to comment directly about your question on teh Diet & Nutrition board. I am a firm believer in the message that Gary Taubes presents. But, I don't eat a super or low carb diet like people would see from Atkins or zero carb like you mentioned. You CAN get the benefits of eating the way Taubes suggests without going that low carb. The single best thing you can do is ditch grains. I noticed you are on the IBS team, and I can affirm that cutting grains out of your diet heals IBS. Join me on the Paleo Diet team, or check out the book The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson. It is worth reading. You can calso get a lot of good information from his site www.marksdailyapple.com.
