My Journey Ahead

Hi All! I am a happily married 40yr old mother of four, two in college and two in grade school. I have slowly gained alot of weight over the years. I am done with making excuses. Four years ago, I went to college for the first time, with getting into Nursing school as a goal. Well, I start Nursing in the fall and am very excited. However, I went to orientaion and the desks were a tight fit. I didn't like that. So, that is what brings me here. I am ready to get healthy, lose weight, and ...

I am so glad that you are a member now....I have held onto the weight of my first child (and gained a few in the process) and have decided that I need to get healthy not only for myself but for my kids!!!!
