Desperately Defeating Gluttony

I am a 54 year old guy whose Dr. informed him that 236 lbs does not fit well into my 5 foot, nine inch frame. Thus my enrollment here. I am also the proud dad of a young man who is a Junior in college and a 19 year old young lady with Down Syndrome. Plus the devoted husband of She who Must be Obeyed

Ha! This is for the Sentence Game martinet dwelling in your heart. What I can't stand is non-sentence and gibberish, infantile entries. That's when I grit my teeth.

I didn't ignore your 'emplacement.' It wasn't there when I started composing 'sunshine.'

Welcome and it sounds like you off to a great start. As far as worrying about putting it back on after reaching your goals...There are many tools here that will help with that. It is a matter of changing the way you do things, a change in lifestyle. Once you make the need changes, make them a part of your "normal" everyday routine. I hope the best for you, good luck.
