My name is Portia & I'm 23 years old. I've been on Spark People since April 2008. I was 235 lbs when I joined, and I lost almost 50 lbs by summer 2010. My lowest weigh-in was 188 lbs.
Losing track suddenly of my healthstyle choices, I gained a few pounds back and remained at 200 lbs until fall of 2012.
Although I did not continue to lose weight, I realize now how thankful I am that because of SparkPeople I did not gain the totality of my weight back or even more ...

So SparkPeople, I am ready to learn more and continue to persevere in my journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
