Nothing but time and a Fitbit Charge HR!!

I want to be healthy and athletic!! I quit my job and moved in with my boyfriend just before Thanksgiving 2015 and since then I have gained back about 20 pounds, ugh. I have the time and space to do what I want. I don't have to work, but I am suppose to be figuring out what I want to do whether its write books or make things to sell online or flea market booths.

I like what you are doing as I try to do the same, I am a comfort eater so if I don't buy I cannot eat, my one downfall is bread so I mostly buy rolls or cobs and freeze them.

Single servings-nice! My "we-can-eat anything-&-everything-&-nvr-gain-an-oz" husband and teenage son make it more challenging for me to make good choices at home...but having the more countable and therefore ACCOUNTable single-servings makes it easier.
