The Fat Diminisher Diet - is one we found on the internet - one of those - lose 20 lbs in a month - whatever..... But what we liked about it was that you eat real food and add some superfoods in powder form to make a smoothie that you drink down morning and night. I talked to my friend who owns a health food store in our community and she said - yup! that's pretty much the mix I used to drop 33 lbs in 6 weeks. HOLY COW!!!!!

I have just lost my patience. The food side of this challenge is still on track with what my dietician and I have going on - so adding in the smoothies - I"ll try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Single servings-nice! My "we-can-eat anything-&-everything-&-nvr-gain-an-oz" husband and teenage son make it more challenging for me to make good choices at home...but having the more countable and therefore ACCOUNTable single-servings makes it easier.
