Alive and in Motion

After many attempts to lose weight in the past, I think something has finally "clicked" -- SP is amazing! I'm following the nutrition recommendations and tracking calories and fitness and it's working!

I do about 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 times each week, along with some strength/resistance training after each cardio workout.

So far so good :)

My Program:
~Eat within SP's recommended calorie range

~30 minutes of cardio 5-6
days per week - I enjoy Leslie Sansone DVD workouts and walking

~Some strength training with each cardio session. I love the results, but this is the part of working out that I'm most likely to skip. I'm trying to be consistent.
