"Now What?!"

Borrowing from Deep Purple's latest album and title track "Now What?!", I've been asking myself this question (somewhat rhetorically) lately. Why? Well, I've achieved my weight loss goal, I'm in great shape physically -- so, from a SP perspective, "Now What?!".

LOTS still to accomplish:

- Maintain weight
- Improve running times / increase distances
- Improve financial picture (as much as I hate to think about it, retirement is not all that far away!) ...

- Improve financial picture (as much as I hate to think about it, retirement is not all that far away!)
- Expand wellness to include mind and spirit

So...that's what!

Hi! Thanks for commenting on my recent blog. Nope, no surgery date officially yet. I would expect maybe mid-end August. Congratulations on your loss... 100 pounds... I hope to be there someday. It's gonna be a long journey, but I'll get there.

You can totally do a half!! I ran both my first two and went from 2:33 to 2:23 with the same training partner, no walking at all! The run walk plan seems more doable for a full, although, tbh, I am still not convinced! Esp when I find myself walking during 5ks to recover! Boo! I guess it means my slower is getting faster? I have not broken that down yet. What I do know is that distance is better surrounded by people!! Have a blast and go for it!!
