"Now What?!"

Borrowing from Deep Purple's latest album and title track "Now What?!", I've been asking myself this question (somewhat rhetorically) lately. Why? Well, I've achieved my weight loss goal, I'm in great shape physically -- so, from a SP perspective, "Now What?!".

LOTS still to accomplish:

- Maintain weight
- Improve running times / increase distances
- Improve financial picture (as much as I hate to think about it, retirement is not all that far away!) ...

- Improve financial picture (as much as I hate to think about it, retirement is not all that far away!)
- Expand wellness to include mind and spirit

So...that's what!

Hi Patrick,

I hope Gigi is okay. Are your hounds ex-racing dogs? I use the Greyhound background because these dogs are unbelievable is terms of speed and sheer power. I do not have a Greyhound. I have a Beagle that has the same proportions as a Greyhound. My Beagle is quite fast for a small hound. Just like a Greyhound, a Beagle will chase a rabbit even with bleeding feet and a Beagle will never give up. My Beagle has had some teeth pulled as he has gotten older. I think tooth loss is a hound thing.

Thanks for commenting on my Lost Blog. You have done a great service adopting Greyhounds.

Thanks, Bruce

The article that I recently read in the NY Times said that boxing was, at one time, a hugely popular mainstream sport, but now it lives on the margins. The author predicted the same thing for football. Glenn

By the way, 565 ex players, all with devastating traumatic brain injury, are involved in this lawsuit. Glenn
