My Goals:
The main goal is to make small changes that result in me being healthier and happier. I want to lose 19-25 pounds in the process.

My Program:
1. Gym: 3-5 times a week
2. Drink more water
3. Incorporate more locally produced/grown food

I guess this isn't really a program, but some of the small changes I was talking about above.

You look so thin! Are you sure you need to lose 21lbs?

A couple teams have "8 Weeks 'til Spring" Challenges, because as of Jan 23 it was 8 weeks to the first day of Spring, exactly. Here are mine:
My 8 Weeks to Spring Goals:
1. Read 3 non-fiction books, post reports on blog
2. Buy an Orion pedometer in Week 1
Week 2: 1500 steps
Week 3: 2900 steps
Week 4: 4300 steps
Week 5: 5700 steps
Week 6: 7200 steps
Week 7: 8700 steps
Week 8: 10K steps
3. Lose 5-14 lbs
4. Do a gallbladder flush Jan 29
5. Do a gallbladder flush Feb 26
6. 6 veggies & 3 fruits per day consistently
7. Consistency with No S Diet (it's not really a diet) & supplements
8. Declutter bedroom
9. Bake one loaf of homemade bread 1st time ever
10. Post 10 books on paperbackswap.com (PBS) by Feb 6
11. Request Sherry A Rogers, MD's books from PBS

I would love to hear about your classes. Are you an official teacher? I do take glucosamine, too.
