Buy an Orion pedometer in Week 1 Week 2: 1500 steps Week 3: 2900 steps Week 4: 4300 steps Week 5: 5700 steps Week 6: 7200 steps Week 7: 8700 steps Week 8: 10K steps 3. Lose 5-14 lbs 4. Do a gallbladder flush Jan 29 5. Do a gallbladder flush Feb 26 6. 6 veggies & 3 fruits per day consistently 7. Consistency with No S Diet (it's not really a diet) & supplements 8.
