1. Get to a healthy BMI
2. Make exercise a priority
3. Stop eating out all the time!
4. Stop eating when I am stressed (exercise instead!)


My Program:
Exercise 5X a week (walk or gym)
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Eat 1200 calories a day

Personal Information:
25 pounds to lose!

My rewards:
5 pounds--manicure
10 pounds--pedicure
15 pounds--massage
20 pounds--facial
25 pounds--the works!!
