Girl, what are you talking about? You ARE pulling it together!!!! You've already lost 28 pounds, that is something to celebrate! And you got under 300 pounds! That's amazing work and you shouldn't short change yourself. Just remember one step at a time and that if you fall off the wagon, just get up, dust yourself off and get back on it! Every little bit helps, so every extra 10-15-30 minutes of exercise makes an impact. Every less piece of chocolate or french fry or candy is less calories you're intaking. Every time you pick broccoli over potatoes you're making a statement to yourself and to others that you're choosing health! You can do this, lady!
