4/25/12 - Getting back on track. Went from 246-178.
As of today I weight 196. I am going to manage this before it gets out of hand. Thanks SPARKPEOPLE FOR BEING HERE FOR ME!

I am a member of 24-hour fitness and I will work out 5 times a week.

My Program:
I'm using Sparkpeople's suggestion for my calorie intake 1250 to 1500 calorie a day. Sparkpeople contributes alot to my overall attitude. The information on this website is priceless! So much help and encouragement!
For me this is a lifestyle change a slow process of being the best Kim I can be.

I am happily married to a wonderful guy. We have been married 16 years.
Sometimes he makes me CRAZY and boy do I love when he does!
We have one beautiful daughter :)
I live in big and beautiful, unpredictable weather TEXAS!

I am very active in my church. I work with the Youth at my church - Grades 9-12
I LOVE the LORD. He has blessed my family so much.
