2011: 10 minutes of exercise per day five days a week. All year long...accountability/progress tracking here.

April 13th update: Doing VERY well 5 days/week but find once I get started I like to stay exercising for hour or two.

2010: Here's to weighing sixty pounds less in the next 11 months!! (Wow did I really set that as a goal in Dec. 2009? I guess wishing that and making some permanent changes isn't enough for such a lofty goal to be acheived in 2010). Though ...

Though I made changes and the weight will come off, I've changed my mind about a "weight" goal.

I did successfully achieve my 3,500 fitness minute goal for 2010. That's a happy beginning...moving in the right direction.

Thank you for your response on the JE thread. I do all of my weight training at home since I work out VERY early in the morning. So, I tend to have minimal rest in between sets and reps since I don't have a whole lot of time. That may be what caused the light headedness. It wasn't so bad this morning, but I sitll haven't gotten in the additional cardio.
