A Happier, Healthier Me.
My Main Goal is to be a Happier, Healthier version of myself. I am excited about hitting this point in my life.. the point where I actually believe that I am worth it.. where I actually like myself and love myself enough to want to live the most action packed life I can.. I am tired of being a bystander in my own life.. I am ready to take my rightful place at the head of my own table and get to where I want to be. ** My Big Goal is to walk the 3 day 60 mile Breast Cancer ...

My Goals:
My goal is to be a Happier, Healthier version of myself. Get back to doing the things that truely made me happy and not look back.
My Program:
As of right now I am eating healthier, more protein, less carbs. I ride my stationary bike everyday, takes my dogs for walks at night, and utilize the Spark Videos for strength training until I feel safe enough to hit the Gym and use the machines.

My name is Alisa but I pretty much answer to anything that starts with an A as long as it is not a curse word..lol
Other Information:
I love TIVO for without which I would never be able to watch TV...lol.. I love books more so than movies but movies are awesome also. Music is amazing not only that it sooths the soul but also keeps me going when I want to give up.
