Present moment, wonderful moment

I'm committing to living each moment more mindfully, which includes activities and eating. Much habit energy to name and put aside. Experimented with gluten free but have discovered one can eat junk in any plan so am now moving toward the Michael Pollen phrase: eat food, not too much, mostly plants.
