My Goals:
Reasons I want to lose weight:

-I feel tired all the time.
-All my clothes are too tight and I don't want to buy new ones.
-I have chronic digesiton problems from overeating and eating unhealthy foods.
-I feel better when I move around and exercise even if I don't like it at first.
-It helps me battle sad thoughts to exercise.
-My skin looks better when I'm watching what I eat.
-My self confidence will ba;loon! I know I have a great personality but often feel like a stranger in my skin.
-I'm a fly ass lady and I want other people to notice it as much as I do!

The Spark Program really does work! If you haven't checked it out, go to your START page and work your way down the page. I did all the steps except the collage - I have to tell you, hanging the clothing on your closet door really does work! So does doing the worksheets.

Make sure you take measurements as this will really help you to keep from becoming discouraged.

Never forget - YOU can do it!
