almost there

its been a long journey for me...I stared at 335 --work and life played a big part on making me this way--- a year ago I had heart failure because of a birth defect --I almost didnt make it and I know that if I was still 335lbs I wouldnt of .they implanted a pacemaker and this was hard for me to take since I am very active --I was even with the weight on but since I have found out I have limited limitations and virtually I have nothing to stop me on what I want to do ..so I kept ...

My first goal is 180 (a goal I have a had for a VERY long time) and then I might lose to 160...

the main thing?...to be healthy and feel good about myself!

My Program:
low carb...this I have found thru many trials works for me ---I eat healthy low carb/low sodium meals ..its not a "diet" for me but a life change --that doesnt mean no chips (my biggest downfall) pasta desserts ever !..if I want something I eat it I just dont eat the whole bag like I used to !!!!!!
