2011: I now have twin baby girls! I'm such a lucky mama. They are 15 months now and I need to lose the belly. I'd like to lose about 12 lbs, then see how my pants fit. My belly is bigger than before even though I weigh less, and I know that's normal post-pregnancy, so after I lose a few, I'll re-evaluate my goal.

Here was my previous Bio (2007–09): Hello Sparkpeople! I have repeated trouble making significant progress. I am about 20 lbs overweight and I start to lose, maybe 4-6 lbs., then I backslide. It's due to emotional and boredom eating. That is my greatest health challenge.

I have started a new plan that avoids most sugars (except fruit) and processed grains. I feel so much better, and the cravings for those foods have decreased dramatically in one week.

My Goals:
I feed my girls a great balanced diet, and I'm using that as easy motivation to feed my husband and me the same foods, to reduce our belly fat and his high blood pressure.

I'd like to get fit and develop a good golf game. I think golf is great fun and I'd like to walk some beautiful courses in the future.

My Program:
I am monitoring my calories again, and trying to do some yoga 3 times a week. I plan to get out and walk more, but my neighborhood's not great for that, so I have to go up to the gym, or break out the treadmill.

Other Information:
I read once, years ago, that losing weight and avoiding temptation is not a matter of willpower, it is a matter of motivation. Most of the time we want the sweet treat or other indulgence more than we actually want to be fit.

The time to get healthy is now emoticon letting your life pass you by is now. emoticon setting around saying tomorrow I will and start saying today I will try for 10 minutes , today I will take away one unhealthy food and add one healthy food.
Let's eat healthier and exercise our way back to better health!
We here know this to be true so pass it on to others today . Today is a gift for each of us to change " Mind - Body -Soul " the total package start with just 10 little minutes.
