Stop being obese! (~200lbs)

Lose Claire weight (~190lbs)

Lose post-military weight
(~170lbs)

Lose "dating Byron" weight
(~160lbs)

My Program:
*Drink 8 glass of water a day
* Eat 5 servings of vegetables a day.
* Do yoga 4 times per week
* Stay within my calorie range!!!! (hardest one!)
