    Hi! Thanks for leaving a thoughtful comment on my blog today. You and I are the same age (though I don't have any grandkids yet) and I see you're relatively new to Spark -- welcome! I just recently came back, on the same day you started!!! Your success so far, barely 2 weeks in, is excellent -- good for you! I like your plan of adding healthy snacks to your food tracker early in the day, so you know what is available, should you need it. I think that would make it easier to stick to just those snacks which would keep you on your program. I am always worried about falling off my program, because we all make mistakes, but I have trouble climbing back onto my program -- sometimes it's a domino effect for me, just one mistake after another. thanks for the good wishes for my weigh-in tomorrow: will let you know!
