Sounds like an attainable goal. For me planning my food day and sticking with it is always the best and the hardest thing to do. I really like the exercise part but like to snack too much. Having a snack named and ready helps. It's finally supposed to be nice weather again. Just got back from a 30 min walk with my daughter. It is nice out there. We were going to play tennis for an hour but the courts were taken by one of the local teams. Oh, well. Maybe tomorrow.
