Motivation

It took several years, but I am finally at the point where I am truly happy with my weight and my body. And guess what - I didn't even hit my goal weight! I had to adjust my own thinking because it took so long to become happy with myself, I did not want to force myself to keep losing weight if it meant changing my perception.

I know now the important thing is not the number on the scale, but how we feel about ourselves. I will continue my healthy lifestyle (working out and ...

My Goals:
I am getting married this year! I have been hovering around this weight for way too long and I remember a year ago when I was down 10 pounds and I would really like to get back there. My goal is not as low as it was before because I realized that was unrealistic but I would still like to look the absolute best that I can for my big day!

My Program:
When it's nice out (and when I am motivated) I walk/jog 3 miles and I am aiming for 3-4 times a week. I also do Pilates once a week and hip hop maybe twice a month. As it gets further into the Summer I will be doing Pilates twice a week and hopefully jogging more than walking...

For food, I am not doing WW anymore, although I'm tempted to go back to it. I am really just trying to make healthy choices, drink lots of water, and hope for the best!
