The five steps of change.
Pre-Contemplation- Not realizing or not caring that a behavior is a problem.
Contemplation- aware the behavior is a problem, know you should do something, but not sure how.
Preparation- Investigating ways to change behavior.
Action- Pick one or a series of steps to help change behavior. This takes a min. of 6 weeks
Maintenance- developed new habit but still potential for relapse.

My Goals:
I would love to get below 150 lbs, and for my husband to loose some weight. To be as healthy as I can si that I may serve God better.

My Program:
I am watching what I eat, by buying healthier types of food, good bye cheddarwurst. I am exorcising daily. I am trying to get 8 hours of sleep a night.

Married and I have 2 sons 27 and 18
Moved to North Carolina
I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
I run an in-home day care out of my house.

    I'm doing the fitnes test but it doesn't have no where to register you score so I'm going to post them on here and in 4 weeks try again

    Push ups: 20 had 10 seconds to go but my arms were killing me.

    Crunches: 30 but I'm not sure if I didn't them right.

    Hi, I'm hanging in there, had a set back last year but I started back a couple months ago. I am walking with a Leslie Sansone video 4 to 5 times a week fo over 30 minutes a day. I have my spark exercises I do also. So far I have lost about 12 pounds.

    Congratulation on your accomplishment on exercising, can't remember the amount I think it said 9,000.

    Trying to watch what I eat but I'm not going to deny myself what I like once in a while.

    How are you doing? have you got to where you want in your weight. It makes me sick when I think where I could of been had I stuck with it.
