Hey, hang in there... sometimes it takes a bit of time to get through the "shrinking" pains. It can be tough to give up your old way of life to start being healthy... You're in the right place, though - don't give up!

I saw in the EE huddle that you need support. This is a very difficult time of year to keep up with healthy habits. It seems like very time we turn around there is another Christmas party to go to. Just do the best you can and don't beat yourself up if you have a treat once in a while. You can do this. emoticon
