I am a 54 year old mom of 3, grandmother of 4 girls who has been overweight for far too long and I'm tired of the yo yo diets and I'm eady to get it off and get healthy. Reasons for losing weight: - I want to be able to walk up my a flights of stairs or up the hill to my home without getting out of breath! -I want to be able to fit into size 16 or maybe even 14 pants. - New Goal - - I want to be able to go for a walk or run without pain. - I want to develop better balance and flexibility so as I get older I will be able to function better and be healthier. I want to lose enough weight that my back doesn't hurt. - I want to be healthy and happy and not feel tired all the time. GOALS - I want to be able to go hiking in any of the beautiful trails in the Olympic peninsula this spring 2018

1). Do 30 minutes of exercise 5 x a week
2). I will weigh, measure, and log in all my food. Trying to make healthy choices
3). Drink 8 cups of water a day
4) I will get all the recipes I use one sparksrecipes.com and begin doing my once a month cooking again to make it easier for me to eat healthier, not eat out as much and easier to track food.
