I am a 48 year old mom of 3, who has been overweight for too long and I'm ready to get it off and get healthy.

- I want to be able to walk up my 3 flights of stairs without getting out of breath!
-I want to be able to fit into size 16 or maybe even 14 pants. - ACHIEVED! New Goal - Fit into a size 12 or even dare I think it a size 10 jeans
- I want to be able to go for a run without pain.
- I want to develop better balance and flexibility so as I get older I will be able to function better and be healthier.
- I want to be healthy and happy and not feel tired all the time.
- I want to be a good witness to others of the power and purpose of a life lived for Christ!


GOALS
- I want to be able to run a 5k by this fall September 2011
- I want to be able go on a 20 mile ride a bike by Summer 2012 with my family

I WILL DO THE FOLLOWING:
1). Do 30 minutes of exercise 5 x a week
2). I will weigh, measure, and log in all my food. Trying to make healthy choices
3). Drink 8 cups of water a day
4) I will get all the recipes I use one sparksrecipes.com and begin doing my once a month cooking again to make it easier for me to eat healthier, not eat out as much and easier to track food.
