Like my new SPfriend Taziah, I'd like to break it down into 5lb losses so I can celebrate a lot of mini victories along the way to keep me feeling positive and motivated!

I started at 236 and got down to 153 but was back up to 176 at the end of 2015.

From Chicago. Lived in NYC College through 29yo.
Was single most of my life. Have had a s.o. for almost ten years (can't believe that) -- since my dad's cancer and then death. My careers have been various and if they have a streamline it may be that I was always in Administrative / Nurturing roles inside of "creative" companies. ? Publishing... Architecture.... Museum... Cafe...Consulting. I'm a bit LOST for what to do NEXT? I have a whole lot of living I haven't done yet.
And that's maybe MORE important than weight loss. Still... I want to finish.

    Read your status quote and had to chuckle, because it was ME back in 2010 when I joined SP. But in 10 minute increments I built up my walking, got to feel better and better, and the walking times increased. It's a good cycle!

    It takes making those first steps. Then you just DO IT.
