Well here I am 50LBS over weight. I have been messing with the same 10 pounds for years and I am so over it! Time to start tracking and logging everything. Working out is not my problem. It's overeating and idulging in adult beverages too often!

Thanks for posting on the LBF thread I started. I know exactly what you mean by that mental obsession over food that takes less than a second to spark and is so hard to fight off.
