I am a 53 year old who is looking to get back into shape. I like to run, hike and do TAE-KOW-DO. Due to a move and new job I have still been trying to balance everything. Exercise has been the hardest to work into my day.

My goal is to lose about 25 lbs but more than that it is to be the healthiest I can be.
My Program:
I'm going to try to run more and exercise over all. I'm going to do strength training. I hope this site will help with that:)
