    Oh Patti...soooo good to hear from you! You have special needs and have to take care of those first. But you certainly have the willpower and knowledge to take off that regain!

    I too gained 30 lbs and am on WW so I can have the accountability I need. Have lost 8lbs in 4 weeks. Back on the wagon. Ilene and I are posting on the LBr's page just to keep motivated and accountable. You are certainly welcome to post. No rules, contests, and no judgement.
