Grandma Pam

In 2009 I hit 50, became a grandmother, and started packing on the pounds. I did Weight Watchers six years ago and lost 35 pounds. I kept most of it off until this year. I became very lazy with my eating habits. I have continued to attend workout classes, but exercise does not keep all the weight off when you eat too much. My goal is to be Eli's skinny grandma, not his chunky grandma.
