Wow, I can't believe it's 2012, almost 5 years since I joined SP. I am proud to say that I have maintained all but the last 15 pounds of my weight loss, and have continued to make regular exercise a top priority. After hitting a low of 164, I have gained and lost those last 15 at least 3 times. Now I aim to pick up where I left off and continue towards my goal of 142. I topped out at 285 at the beginning of 2006. I gave up fast food in March and by the end of July I was down to 275.

I started my exercise program July 28th 2006 and got down to 240 by mid Nov. Between the holidays and 2 very long colds I started to slip back, but thanks to SP I have all new healthy habits!

You are looking so awesome! I have had some scheduling conflicts with exercise, work and home life so I haven't been as spastic about my exercising. Today the nursery at the gym was closed so luckily I had Caroline's swimsuit with us so she swam with me. I put her on one hip and swam laps from one end of the pool to the other. She was heavy after a while and then I realized, HELLO-I've lost about TWO of her! LOL Kind of hard to complain after realizing THAT! ;)
