Need help knockin off these pounds :)

Hi my name is Lucresia Giles. Im 21 years old and have two children. When I seen my daughter school teacher I was like no way:) she really had lost alot of pounds and I thought she looked very nice. Welcome to Spark People Lucresia! Here you will find tons of support, all the information you would ever need about becoming fit and healthy. Find a team or two that you identify with. Perhaps one for moms in their 20's who have X amount of weight to lose. Look through those team members to see who has similar interests and add them as friends. Just jump in with both feet and be as active, on the site, as time allows. Fancy up your spark page as much as you would like. ie: Post pictures, post a weight tracker, add color etc. This is a life changing journey we are all on together. Some have reached their goals, some are mid way and others are just beginning. You have landed in the right place my friend. We all stumble from time to time but remember, it doesn't matter how often you fall, what matters is that you get up. :) First and foremost...TRACK your nutrition, be sure to blog often...and GET MOVING.
